With over fifteen years of experience as an NLP/MBIT Mindset Coach and emotional face mapping practitioner, alongside a background in nutrition and Reiki energy healing, my life's work has always been guiding people to understand how what they hold inside shows on the outside — and how to release it with grace.
This purpose is what drew me into the world of European NeoLifting. Learning directly from the founders of these modalities, I have witnessed the profound connection between emotional holding and facial appearance. Within a single session, I see faces soften, lift, and transform as held tension is gently released.
