Deep manual work into the fascia and facial muscles to release stored tension, soften holding patterns and restore natural contour.

Every initial session begins with a full consultation to discover your own personal emotional holding — the tension, the stress, the unspoken emotions stored in the muscles and fascia. Across 43 facial muscles, using highly ethical products and hands that truly listen, I trace how what you carry inside begins to show on the outside.
This is emotional face mapping and holding: understanding the stories held within these areas, then meeting them with care. Through gentle facial release, buccal massage and Reiki energy work, I soften those holding patterns so your face can breathe again. The buccal massage works from inside the mouth to release, lift and return you to the natural structure you had before life got in the way.
